Sharni Vison, dancer and Australian-American actor was born in Sydney Australia on 22nd July 1983. Her first acting role occurred in 2001 when she was selected to appear in the Australian Soap soap opera Home and Away where she had a minor role in two episodes of the series. Her performance in that limited character was so impressive that the casting agent for the show wanted her to play the main role in the series. But, she was able to audition for the role, but she wasn't selected. However, in the same show, she portrayed the character Cassie Turner who was a troubled teen that was in foster care. The critics as well as the fans of the show praised her performance. Her birth date is the 16th of May, 1973 at Los Angeles California. She was the daughter of Aaron Spelling, who worked as a TV and film producer, as well as Candy Spelling. There were many similarities with her older brother Randy and was raised together with her. She studied at Beverly Hills High School then Harvard-Westlake School. As a toddler, her father nurtured her acting abilities. At the age of six, old, she was referred to an acting coach to help her. The actress was offered guest roles in the early years of her life in the television show The Love Boat T.J. Hooker. In 1997, she became famous at age 17 when she was cast as Donna Martin on the highly popular television show Beverly Hills 90210. The show was produced through Spelling Television her father's production company. In recognition of her role in the show, she was twice nominated to the Young Artist Awards. Her career grew as a renowned television actress on a number of TV films, like A Friend to Die For which debuted in 1994. A Carol Christmas in 2003 and, in 2018, she appeared on The Last Sharknado: It's All About Time. The House of Yes, was released in 1997. Scary Picture 2, which was released in 2002. Kiss the Bride was in 2007 and Izzie's Path Home in 2016. She reprised her role as Donna Martin in Beverly Hills 90210's spin-off, Beverly Hills 90210: The Spinoff.
