Pooja Hegde, born in Maharashtra Mumbai India on 13 October, 1990. She is an Indian Film Actress & Model with roles on screen in Tamil Telugu & Hindi. She began her personal journey as a child in the family of Hindu parents Manjunath (the father) and Latha (the mother). Rishabh Hegde has been her younger sister. The family of Pooja's is mostly from Udupi. Pooja is able to speak Hindi and also Tamil Telugu Kannada & English. Pooja has always been interested in modeling and fashion from a young age. Then she decided to make a profession of an actress and model. While she was studying she started to pursue her dreams of competing in modelling assignments. She participated in Miss Universe India 2010 and finished second. She began her journey into films after this. To get the break-in movies she contacted a variety of filmmakers from the south and Mughmodo was the first film in her professional career. Mughmodo was her first film after she approached many South film production companies. Another film opportunity came through for her called OKA LAILA Kosam. After that she received several roles and participated in many south Indian films. Her acting debut came in Bollywood in the film Mohanjo Dara directed by Ashutosh Govarikar in 2016 alongside Hrithik Roshan. After the huge success of the movie her return to Telugu. In the years following her debut in Bollywood film, she had a few Telugu films that were launched, such as Saakshyam Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava and Maharshi. Her films have been profitable at the box-office as well as she was in the Bollywood movie Housefull 4
