Hayley Orantia is American actress, musician and performer. She is best known as Erica Goldberg from the TV comedy program "The Goldbergs". However, she considers herself to be primarily an artist. When she was nine years old of age, she was dabbling into music. When she was 12 the world of music had become serious enough for her to start training professionally. At 13, she began making music. The first time she recorded an album in the age of 14. There hasn't been a turning around ever since. Orrantia has been born in the USA however she has Hispanic origins. Despite the fact that she only spoke English growing up and had not been to Mexico Orrantia is happy with her Hispanic origins. To preserve her heritage, she's learned Spanish and created songs in that language. The singer recorded a Spanish version of a track called 'Hasta Verte. Orrantia appeared in The X Factor season 1's auditions in the summer of 2011. Orrantia got four "yeses" to the panel of judges on the Seattle live auditions after being selected from her YouTube video submission. She was originally performing as a solo artist, however in the course of "Hollywood Week", three other female performers were put in a group to continue the auditions. They were eliminated in the fifth week in the live shows.
